• Sobriety Requirement: Maintain continuous sobriety. Alcohol, illegal drugs, synthetic substances, and non-prescribed controlled substances are strictly prohibited.

• Drug & Alcohol Testing: Random, scheduled, or for-cause testing may be conducted. Refusal counts as a positive test.

• Medications: Disclose all prescription medications. Only take medications as prescribed.

• Recovery Program Participation: Engage actively in a recovery program of choice.

• Sponsor / Accountability: Strongly encouraged to have a sponsor or accountability partner.

• Curfew, Nights Out: Weekday curfew is 2 a.m.; weekend curfew is 4:00 a.m.

• Privilege Phase System: Three phases—Probation, Standard Resident, Senior Resident—privileges may be granted or revoked by management.

• Conduct: Respectful behavior is required at all times.

• Visitors: Permitted only during approved hours.

• Prohibited Items: Alcohol, drugs, weapons, pornography, and illegal property are banned.

• Chores: Residents must complete assigned chores.

• Financial Responsibilities: Pay rent and shared expenses on time.

• Employment & Structure: Encouraged to maintain employment or structured daily activity.

• Safety: Follow all safety rules.

• Confidentiality: Always respect resident confidentiality.

• Violations & Enforcement: Violations may result in corrective action or termination of residency.

• Acknowledgement: Resident Name, Signature, and Date required.
